Meet Becky.

I’m Becky, the owner of Good for the Swole. After graduating in Public Health & Nutrition, I worked as a health coach. I trained and educated 30-40 clients each week, which is where I became passionate about specifically working with women, and got further certified as a Women’s Fitness Specialist.

During my first pregnancy, while still working as a coach, I was surprised at how little information there was out there about properly exercising during pregnancy and postpartum. I wanted to know what my body needed during this stage, and how to help it go through such an important and special journey. 

I got became a certified Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and love learning more about how we can best help our bodies prepare for pregnancy, stay strong and functional throughout the process, feel good, and heal optimally postpartum!

As a mother of 5 little ones, I understand the struggle of knowing what to do, but also finding the time to do it! I am with you. I got you.

I believe in STRONG women, and am humbled and grateful to help thousands of women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies.

I am a mother.

As a mother of three little ones, I know how scary and foreign pregnancy and the postpartum period can feel. You are bombarded with conflicting information, or feel lost with the lack of information. I have been there. That is exactly why I created this little space.

Our bodies are incredible. All of them. They are so capable, and I want you to feel that! There is so much good we can do to help our bodies transition throughout the stages of life, and I hope I can give you confidence in yourself as we exercise together.

They are specially designed for what our bodies need to function and heal optimally. There are different workouts from lower body, upper body, full body, pelvic floor, birth prep, diastasis recti rehab, early postpartum recovery, stretches, pelvic floor relaxing - all ranging from 5-40 minutes long. It also includes educational videos on important topics such as how to check for diastasis recti, how to listen to your body, engage your deep core, and so much more!
